Mazda on call Roadside Assistance
If something goes wrong when you’re travelling – or even while you’re still in your driveway! – then we’re here to help.
Mazda On Call is a Roadside Assistance programme available to Mazda owners 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. So, if you run out of fuel, lock your keys in the car or simply forget how to programme the stereo, all you need to do is call us on 0800 800 626. Our support centre are ready to help out with any mechanical, medical advice you might need. With Legal advice we can transfer the caller to their legal advisor.
Plus, if it’s hands-on assistance you need, our network of service providers can arrange anything from a locksmith to five litres of fuel delivered to your vehicle, anywhere in New Zealand.
Flat Batteries
If there’s a battery problem, we’ll test, jump start or coordinate a replacement.
Emergency Fuel
If your fuel runs out, we’ll provide you with enough to get to the nearest petrol station.
Flat tyres
If you have a flat tyre, we’ll replace it with your spare, or if need be transport you to a repair facility.
Lost Or Locked Keys
If you’ve lost or locked your keys, we’ll attempt a retrieve, arrange a replacement or transport your vehicle to an authorised repairer.
Towing/transportation
If you’ve broken down, we’ll transport your vehicle to the nearest Mazda Dealership or a designated location within 50km.
Accident Coordination
Following an accident, we’ll coordinate towing, provide advice and if required coordinate alterative transport.
Bogged Vehicle
We’ll recover bogged vehicles when the conditions are safe. If specialist equipment is required, additional costs will be incurred.
Urgent Message Relay
Following a breakdown or accident, we’ll relay urgent messages to your family, friends or associates.
Taxi
If your vehicle has broken down and must be transported to the nearest authorised repairer, we’ll provide up to $110 for a taxi.
